the location was alright.. easy enough to get around.
The room was smaller than i expected, especially for the price i paid. also, the noise from the street was pretty bad. I consistently heard music and people yelling late into the night. the front desk staff weren't exactly warm either. Check-in and check-out felt pretty impersonal.

The room had water and snacks (a CHARMED surprise!). The staff was ready to help. A coffee shop connected to the lobby was quite convenient. The location was perfect for sightseeing.

decent location, some downsides though.

small roomweak shower
the room was quite small, much smaller than i anticipated. the bathroom was also cramped and the shower pressure was weak. i also found some stains on the carpet, it made me question the cleanliness of the room, not ideal. the promised welcome drink was a hassle to redeem due to long queues at the bar. the staff seemed overwhelmed and not very attentive.

Adequate Stay with Noteworthy Issues

The promised quiet interior view turned out to face a wall just eight feet away. This. There was no welcome information. I was unaware of the gym or the restaurant. A rip in the carpet near the door seemed overlooked.
